Government of Gujarat claims Gujarat state to be the developed one. Really? Ok fine. During marketing, the Government claims that this progress has been achieved by BJP Govt under the leadership of the Ex-Chief Minister and the present Prime Minister Mr.Modi.
So now we can consider Gujarat to be the most developed state of India.
Now the question is when Gujarat was under the "developing" stage, how was it possible for Govt to pay FULL PAY to its Class 3 Govt employees before 2002???
Why is it not possible for the Govt to give full payment to its employees?? Bull shit.
Those who are not aware, for them let me clarify that Class 3 employees like PSI, Clerks, Teachers, Instructors (and many more to add) of the so-called DEVELOPED state are paid merely ₹8000/-, ₹10,000/- or ₹15,000/- per month for five long years.
In addition, when they are enrolled under Full Payment the 6th year of service is considered to be the first year.
What about the 05 years of service??? All in vain. During these years they are not entitled to any perks and leaves like other full payment employees.
What is this?? In harsh words, a transparent exploitation of the Government employees by its own Government.
I really wonder, how can a Government which is elected for 05 years on a temporary basis, decide the future of the employees of Gujarat??? Who provided them with a special right to implement fix pay policy which is totally against Constitution?
At this point I shall depict that The Honourable High Court of Gujarat has given judgement in the favour of the employees.
It has asked the Govt to follow 'Same Work, Same Salary' rule.
But the Govt of 'developed' state has appealed in Supreme Court.
The judgement is pending since 1 month, 2 months, 6 months???? No.
Since more than 03 years......
